Running Plan for the week of 4/27/2014
I have quite a few nice long runs planned for the rest of the week starting today. I am excited since I have not gone out for a run since Sunday. I am starting to feel antsy. I was supposed to go to the track yesterday but I opted to eat pizza with my cousin and his family who are in town for the birth of their grandbaby.
Wednesday (7 miles):
Tempo run - Goal Pace 8:40
This route is 7.03 miles.....then sleep.
Thursday (8 miles):
Run/Easy
This loop is 8.59 miles but the excess will actually be a good thing for me because I may have to rest.....then sleep.
Friday:
Yoga and quiet time with Mr.B.....then sleep.
Saturday (11 miles):
Run/Easy
This route is 11.03 miles.....then sleep.
With my 4 easy miles on Sunday this week will end at a nice 32 miles.....then sleep.
