Alaskan Wildflowers

Last Saturday, Tim and I spent the night at the Cowee Meadow cabin. On the way there we past through Horse Meadow where the wildflowers - including shooting stars, buttercups, lupine, and iris' - were quite lovely.

Another beautiful day at Tracy Arm. We made it as far to South Sawyer glacier (top) as we did yesterday - the waterfall (second photo). However, today we got a glimpse of North Sawyer glacier (bottom) too. Take a look at the Harbor Seal that was sitting on an iceberg. The penultimate photo is a side view of Icy falls.
