Glacier Bay - Morning around Margerie Glacier

Mr. B. and I spent a fabulous day cruising around Glacier Bay courtesy of the M/V Malaspina this past Friday. Our intinerary included a 7:00 am visit at Margerie Glacier. We stayed there for about three hours which allowed us to see some sea lions, glacier calving and a beautiful sunrise.

Another beautiful day at Tracy Arm. We made it as far to South Sawyer glacier (top) as we did yesterday - the waterfall (second photo). However, today we got a glimpse of North Sawyer glacier (bottom) too. Take a look at the Harbor Seal that was sitting on an iceberg. The penultimate photo is a side view of Icy falls.
