Intrado: Process, Tools, and Training Team project for the deployment of Phase II e911 services
While working with Intrado, Inc., I was selected to participate on an internal Operations team in the continued deployment of wireless E-911 services. On this project, we focused on developing structured processes, tools, training plans, and creating process efficiency across Intrado departments. This included the following: Facilitating discussions regarding best practices, Defining and documenting the deployment process, Scripting, reviewing, and testing the developed tools, and identifying resources supporting the processes put in place.
